HI! I'M CARLY CONRAD
Hey!! I'm Carly and this is my husband Levi. Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m a wife, marketer, author, speaker, homemaker, real estate investor, airbnb host, church greeter, social media manager and a few other things. It thrills me to be an entrepreneur in every sense of the word; I'm passionate about helping others realize their vision and never give up on their Jesus-given dreams. With God speaking guidance and direction into our lives, anything is possible! It's an honor to meet you - here's to us both going after our goals with all our might!
I used to be afraid of boredom.
In my young adult life, I had a habit of starting new businesses all the time. However, I never fully committed to making them successful. I was always afraid of getting bored after about 90 days and would quickly move on to the next exciting idea. As a result, I ended up spreading myself too thin and couldn't give any idea my full attention. I spent nearly 5 years bouncing from one business venture to another, giving each idea only a fraction of my effort.
But now, things have changed. These days, you'll find me enjoying the comfort of my cozy Florida home, alongside my dreamboat husband. We are focused on building our real estate empire and are always on the move, visiting our latest construction site. Whether we're flipping properties, holding them as investments, or listing them on Airbnb, we're fully dedicated to our business as a family.

2005
I should’ve known that I’d be an entrepreneur for life the moment I started selling lemonade at my community lemonade stand as a kid…here’s the story 👇
2013
Started my jewelry line the day after high school. I had to learn to be a good saleswoman and attend all the pop-up shows I could to move my inventory.
2014
I was a young teen and only had Instagram and Facebook to grow my brand back then. So I used these free tools to grow my brand all over the world! This is when I launched my digital marketing agency.
also 2014
Trained to be in Miss Los Angeles for 9 months. Two weeks before, God told me to drop out and start my own inner beauty pageant called Pageant 360. We had this event in Los Angeles for 3 years, with our grand finale event in Uganda, Africa!
2020
Landed my dream “Hallmark Movie” corporate job in Nashville, TN and led a marketing team responsible for a $1.5M revenue per month business. It was incredible and learned a heck of a lot about my craft!
2022
Grey Conference was launched in Nashville! This has developed into my Goal Getter Collective now. But we had four events helping young adults get their visions started, done and scaled.
2023
Married the love of my life, Levi Conrad!! My handsome husband (who is the MOST incredible entrepreneur himself btw) and I now pursue real estate investing & Airbnb hosting together in Florida. Love the life we’re building together, babe!
Today, we rehab houses together & teach aspiring Airbnb hosts how to launch their own listings.
